Abstract: The article considers the problems of implementing regional tax policy, which are caused by the limited powers of the subjects of the Russian Federation in this area, analyzes the results of implementing tax policy, including the level, dynamics and structure of the revenue part of the budget of the Krasnodar Territory, and assesses the tax potential of the subject.
