Abstract:
The competitiveness in the new economy, the level of individual organizations, to the level of the global economy requires the development of institutional mechanisms and the development of appropriate institutional frameworks. In the new economy, the determining factor is the adaptability and flexibility of the process of formation of values, which increases the demand adhocracy structures. The article discusses the adhocracy organizational concepts, studied problems adhocracy culture, issues of interaction and adhocracy strategy.
