Abstract: Article is devoted to the study of the intelligence concierge service consumer services. The interest of researchers focused on issues luxury segment of the market. Empowering consumers consumption of luxury services at the same time with an undeveloped tradition of such consumption forms the specific features of the market concierge service. The article provides definitions of the services market class "luxury" and concierge services household services. In the framework of the exploratory study identified a common border interests of potential customers everyday services concierge service and outlined directions for further research.
