Abstract:
Japanese methods of personnel management are largely based on national traditions and customs, reflect the national character and the social orientation that prevails in society. The paper examines the prerequisites for the emergence of the Japanese management system, considers the inherent factors and problems of cultural uniqueness, highlights the problems of applying Japanese methods in the context of globalization and the New Economy.
