Abstract:
The article examines the impact of risks on the formation and management of the business reputation and image of the organization in the global and national scientific literature. The definition of "reputation", "image", "risk", "risk management" notions is given, their classification and functions are listed. The place of reputation risks and image risks in the COSO risk classification is determined. The consequences of risk realization for business reputation and image are disclosed. An assessment to the level of reputation risks and image risks study in the global and national scientific literature is given.
