Abstract:
The article discusses the use in Russia of such an instrument of interaction between the state and business as public-private partnership (ÐÐÐ), identifies five key problems of the use of ÐÐÐ in Russia and analyzes possible measures that would allow the development of ÐÐÐ in Russia.
