Abstract:
The article is devoted to the concept of bank culture, the content of its under systems and elements. Moreover the article reveals the experience of Japanese concept “gemba - kaidzen” usage in the trading bank staff management and suggests the mechanism of its implementation with the aim of banking services quality improvement and expenses optimization.
