Abstract: This article contains results of testing the new mechanism of managing marketing activity of a small consulting organization, proposed in the previous author’s article (see Journal Marketing MBA, 2013, issue 1). The testing was done with computer simulating the organization’s activity with several initial data. The simulations have given recommendations on managing marketing activity of small consulting organizations.
