Abstract:
The article describes the approaches to assessing the investment attractiveness of the art facilities which is associated with a modified GE / McKinsey model parameter estimation and carried out using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The article illustrates a strategic positioning of the four art objects which are belonged to different areas of Russian art that differ significantly in their market strength and investment attractiveness.
