Abstract: The article if devoted to consideration of Internet marketing activities of small organizations from standpoint information flow of Internet marketing. The article analyzes the approaches to the definition the essence of information flow in Internet marketing. The authors present the structure of information flow in Internet Marketing. The model of transformation information flow in Internet marketing has been formed, which describes the transformation information about the behavioral characteristics target audience in the financial flow of small business.
