Abstract:
The article is devoted to business management in the conditions of post-digital economy. New opportunities, main problems and risks for business are considered. Basic recommendations on the management in the new environment are given. It is revealed that in order to obtain sustainable competitive advantages, companies need to increase the level of management flexibility on the basis of building effective feedback channels with the subjects of the external environment.
