Abstract: Competitiveness is a driving force of the market economy, one of the main mechanisms of economy of material, financial resources, improvement of quality and serves as a generator of intensive development of the national economy. The growth and development of small business, increase of its competitiveness should improve the competitiveness of the national economy in General and its transition to the innovative way of reproduction.
