Abstract:
The article is devoted to the role of micro-moments in the development of the tourism industry. The tendencies of consumer behavior are analyzed, the main types of micro-moments in mobile marketing are considered, examples of specific world cases are given. The state of the industry today is determined and specific recommendations on the implementation of the strategy for using micro-momentsare given.
