Abstract: The scientific work is devoted to the design of the mechanism of coordination of research, production and marketing in the management of business processes NPD. It defines the essence of the concept of "marketing in the field of innovation management", formed a methodology for the development of a new product using the model of innovative marketing in the conditions of integration of organizations and a scenario tool for assessing its effectiveness.
