Abstract:
The paper highlights the significant role played by social policies through pre-paid and finalized welfare schemes in modern economies. It firstly describes the case of Accor Services, leader in company benefits and social services, focusing on its experience in the meal vouchers market with the brand «Ticket Restaurant», with card solutions and stored value platforms. The paper then analyzes the advantages generated by such instruments, which ensure traceability and users profiling, to improve public and private welfare policies to reward employees and support citizens in an efficient and effective way.
