Abstract:
Different are the patterns adopted by the firms to sustain innovation and growth, by considering at the same time the need to increase their productivity. The replication of organizational models represents one of the most adopted pathways, as highlighted by a recent research conducted on a sample of service firms. The case studies of Calzedonia, 4Bild e Vita Nova Trentino Wellness show how this pathway may be interpreted, although in service industries involved in different activities, and its opportunities and limits.
