Rivista di storia economica, 1997, issue 2, 271-276
Abstract:
This note briefly illustrates the ASE project (historical archives of Italian economists) sponsored by the Italian Economic Association (SIE). The project's aims are: i) to locate and catalogue Italian economists' archives, through 17 regional research groups; ii) to favour the creation of new archives with material relating to important economists of the recent past; iii) to produce a bio-bibliographical repertoire of Italian economists; iv) to reorganize SIE's own archives; v) to stimulate research in the history of Italian economic thought.
