India opens up its nuclear reactors to foreign inspection

Abstract: new delhi India has decided to throw open two of its power reactors for inspection by international experts. It has also invited the International Atomic Energy Agency to review the design of its new 500-MW reactors — the first such request in the 40 year history of the country's nuclear programme.
