Abstract:
LIVERMORE, CALIFORNIA Bruce Tarter, the director of the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in California, will announce a major reorganization of the laboratory aimed to counter criticism that it has mismanaged the construction of a huge laser facility being built there.
