Abstract: Brought to blook The latest edition of Collins English Dictionary lists 'blook' as a new entry: a blog that becomes a book, or vice versa. In the former category is The Open Laboratory: The Best Writing on Science Blogs 2006, edited by Bora Zivkovic, who says on his web site ( http://sciencepolitics.blogspot.com ) that the blook “is selling nicely”. It's an anthology of the top 50 postings from last year and is reviewed in this issue. The 2007 edition is evolving, and you can recommend items for consideration on http://tinyurl.com/3cnawz .
