Abstract: Shaping the world: Buckminster Fuller in New York A new exhibition at the Whitney Museum of American Art, New York, presents some the fruits of R. Buckminster Fuller's long and influential career in industrial design and technology. Many of the exhibits are unique — including the last remaining example of the Dymaxion three-wheeler. Christopher Turner visited the exhibition and reflects on Buckminster Fuller's influence on the built environment and on the thinking of modern architects.
