Joshua T. Cohen: Joshua T. Cohen is deputy director of the Center for the Evaluation of Value and Risk in Health at Tufts Medical Center, Boston, Massachusetts, 02111, USA. He served on the National Academies committees that reviewed the EPA's dioxin risk assessment in 2006 and its risk-assessment methodologies in 2009.
