Abstract: Pancreatic cancers use a novel glutamine metabolism pathway, regulated by oncogenic KRAS, to maintain redox balance; these findings add to the understanding of the mechanisms by which oncogenic alterations reprogram cellular metabolism to promote tumour growth.
