Abstract: Nature 516, 423–427 (2014); doi:10.1038/nature13902 During the assembly of Fig. 1b of this Letter, the sequences of the targeted regions in Eml4 and Alk, shown in the schematic in the top panel, were inadvertently swapped. In addition, the legend for the top panel of Fig. 1b should have read: “b, A schematic of the loci before and after the inversion with the location of the primers used (top panel).
