Jane Lubchenco: Jane Lubchenco is a distinguished professor at Oregon State University in Corvallis. A marine ecologist and environmental scientist, she was administrator of the US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration from 2009 to 2013, and the first US Science Envoy for the Ocean from 2014 to 2016.
