Pancreatic cancer foiled by a switch of tumour subtype

Abstract: Mutations in the gene KDM6A drive an aggressive subtype of pancreatic cancer by causing repositioning of an enzyme complex that modifies histone proteins associated with DNA, leading to altered gene expression.
