Battling disease by giving mosquitoes an antimalarial drug

Abstract:
Insecticides that kill mosquitoes have helped to fight malaria, but insecticide resistance is rising. Treating mosquitoes with drugs that target the disease-causing parasite offers another way of tackling malaria.
