Mycoprotein produced in cell culture has environmental benefits over beef

Abstract: Would environmental damage be reduced by replacing beef with mycoprotein produced in cell culture? Modelling shows that this change could greatly cut global deforestation, pasture area and greenhouse-gas emissions.
