Immune treatment tackles chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Abstract: Smoking causes chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Some people with this disease have high levels of eosinophil cells, which is typical of the type 2 category of inflammation, and blocking such inflammation improves their lung health.
