Brain-penetrating molecule might offer a route to treat glioblastoma tumours

Abstract: Gliocidin can target brain tumours by disrupting the production of nucleotides needed for cell growth. The molecule’s unusual ability to cross the blood–brain barrier suggests a promising way to develop therapies.
