Problems of the Insurance Pension System Formation in the Russian Federation

Abstract: Underway "The Long-term strategy of social and economic development of Russia until 2030" (Stragedy-2020) pension system problems of our state were put at the forefront as one of the main macroeconomic factors which importance dramatically exceeds the currency and oil and gas components. In the article the real factors defining development of pension system of the Russian Federation are actuarially settled down, and perspectives of the pension budget stability in terms of insurance principles are defined.
