The institute of self-organization in Russia: Reality test

Abstract: The article is devoted to the discussion on the problems of the institute of self-organization raised in L. I. Yakobson's article "Pitfalls of nonmarket self-organization". An attempt is made to see in proper value the content of "self-organization" concept, taking into account the wide variety of its practical forms - from informal situational association of individuals to local self-management. The position is expressed on such important institutions related to "self-organization" as the participation of the state in financing public activity, "information asymmetry", present in the relationship between the state, society and the individual. Attention is drawn to the role of historical heritage in the problems of self-organization formation as a modern institution in Russia.
