Nur zwei wirtschaftsethische ›Theorieoptionen‹? Anmerkungen zu einem blinden Fleck in der deutschen Fachdebatte

Peter Ulrich

Zeitschrift für Wirtschafts- und Unternehmensethik - Journal for Business, Economics & Ethics, 2017, vol. 18, issue 1, 5-16

Abstract: Forum Wirtschaftsethik, the journal of Deutsches Netzwerk Wirtschaftsethik (dnwe), has recently published a concise summary on the “Theory Strategies of Economic Ethics” as presented in several papers by Karl Homann, who understands his systematics as exhaustive. It is the ambition of that array to classify not only the existent but all paradigmatically possible approaches to the field. Is this a sound proposition? The answer in this paper is: no, this kind of systematics is rather symptomatic of a deplorable state of Economic Ethics in German Economics Departments.
