Abstract: Economic and Business Ethics is dominating the field of philosophical analysis of economics. In history, the relation of ethics and economics was embedded in political philosophy. Today, ethics are producing normative rules for economic processing. The other resources of philosophy are not really used. What does that mean for a philosophy of economics?
