Abstract: In neoclassical economic theory, Homo oeconomicus is the basic concept of all decision-making processes. However, this normative approach cannot describe real behavior. The Homo communitas is the logical development as the basic-concept of all decision-makers for the GWÖ. It is the foundation for all theoretical approaches of the GWÖ and combines normative elements with observed real human behavior.
