Hilfe als Ware auf digitalen Marktplätzen? Überlegungen zu einer realistischen Utopie zwischen Coopetition und Commons

Abstract:
The digital economy is increasingly including social services, which in principle cannot be economized, because they represent interpersonal interactions. However, they must be initiated, mediated and administered. A platforming of the factual components of professional help leads to commercial gatekeepers and intensifies a semi-economization of the social. The article is following a political economy and searching for a solution in the public interest. In the sense of the Open Data Movement, a solution approach is outlined as a co-opetitive Data-Common.
