Abstract: In this article, historical injustice is considered to consist in the systematic and grave violation of individual rights, committed, abetted or tolerated by the state. Companies are implicated in such injustice in multifarious ways. I analyse necessary and sufficient conditions for compensatory duties of successor companies.
