Abstract: The digital transformation poses a variety of challenges for companies as well as co-determination. Company representatives are confronted with co-determination in socio-economic areas of reflection. In order to be able to act as a competent partner in these areas of reflection in the future, structural changes, comprehensive qualification and the future needs of the target group need to be dealt with.
