Zeitschrift für Wirtschafts- und Unternehmensethik - Journal for Business, Economics & Ethics, 2021, vol. 22, issue 1, 70-92
Abstract:
Corporate Volunteering - donation of time by responsible Corporate Citizens or perversion of volunteering? The article shows how different perspectives on Corporate Volunteering as exchange, altruistic present or ritual gift exchange alter the view on Corporate Volunteering. On this basis, a more differentiated view on the role of Corporate Volunteering as part of CSR-strategies of companies in modern societies becomes possible.
