Shareholder Engagement im Kontext von Sustainable Finance. Eine Mixed-Methods-Studie zu Nachhaltigkeit im Asset Management in Deutschland

Benjamin Ruppert

Zeitschrift für Wirtschafts- und Unternehmensethik - Journal for Business, Economics & Ethics, 2022, vol. 23, issue 2, 163-194

Abstract: This study aims to promote sustainability in asset management in Germany, with a particular focus on shareholder engagement. By means of qualitative and quantitative surveys, the study first examines the current status of sustainable asset management and how this status quo is assessed. This paper closes with recommendations for asset managers, issuers, and policy makers. By implementing them, sustainability in the asset management can be improved.
