Genügt der Stakeholder-Ansatz dem Werturteilsfreiheitspostulat? Eine wissenschaftstheoretische Analyse

Maximilian Hubmann

Zeitschrift für Wirtschafts- und Unternehmensethik - Journal for Business, Economics & Ethics, 2022, vol. 23, issue 2, 195-225

Abstract: Business administration is regarded as a positive science free of value judgments. In management theory, however, leading representatives of the stakeholder theory emphasize a normative-ethical core in which economic and ethical aspects cannot be separated. In this article, different stakeholder approaches are analyzed against the background of Max Weber's postulate of freedom of value judgment, as interpreted in modern terms.
