Zeitschrift für Wirtschafts- und Unternehmensethik - Journal for Business, Economics & Ethics, 2022, vol. 23, issue 3, 278-304
Abstract:
This paper, which is partly conducted meta-ethical and partly based on business ethics, addresses normative questions that arise from the change in the world of labour reconstructed within the framework ›New Work‹. The conceptual point of reference is ›digital humanism‹. The focus is on a critical reflection of the process of digitization in the context of work and the associated interactions with the meaning of work, the culture of cooperation in organizations and work-life blending.
