Abstract:
Since the beginning of the Covid-pandemic life has extremely changed for many people. The terms ›New Normal‹ and ›New Work‹ are dominating the debates of working life. The following article shows possibilities to enable meaning and fulfillment in work also in times of crisis and in spite of constantly increasing demands.
