Abstract: Um Nachhaltigkeit zu lehren und zu lernen wird zunehmend nach innovativen Methoden gefragt. Systemaufstellungen stellen eine solche innovative Methode dar, um die Bedeutung von Nachhaltigkeit fuer Unternehmen sichtbar zu machen. Dieser Beitrag liefert erste Erkenntnisse zum Einsatz von Systemaufstellungen in der Hochschullehre fuer Nachhaltigkeit. )Learning and teaching sustainability requires new, innovative methods of knowledge transfer. Systemic constellations are an innovative method to reveal the relevance of sustainability for business. This paper provides first insights into the use of the method in university teaching for sustainability.)
