The social-economic characteristics of the Irkutsk students

Abstract: The paper considers the findings from a sociological survey of the students of the Irkutsk higher learning institutions conducted in the 2000-2001 academic year. The survey included items on the material standing of the students, their attitudes toward child-bearing, marriage etc.
