Partner relations as a factor of development at an innovation holding

Abstract: The paper shows what coordinated contractors' actions could be regarded as partners' ones and what role such cooperation play in attaining a business success by a holding company which consists of small and medium enterprises considers. We identified the key factors determining the models of cooperation between small and medium innovation enterprises such as the type of the holding, type of the innovation products, way of search, development and implementation of innovations, and provision with necessary financial flows.
