Issues of Industrial Reorganization in the Northeast China

Abstract: The paper shows the reasons why the Northeast provinces in China, which used to be economically advanced ones, lag behind the Southern provinces. The recommendations how the Northeast industrial sector should be restructured and modernized are presented.
