Abstract:
In recent years, territorial (spatial) development concepts in relation to industrial development are often raised as an issue that needs to be considered by those who have this authority. The increased power of regions, given by Lisbon Agenda, highlighted the existing links between development and territory, bringing to the attention of policy makers, the necessity and utility to promote measures that support all industrial agglomeration, competitively poles, and clusters in general.
