EU’s Trade Relations with African Economic Partnership Agreements Regions

Abstract:
The article presents the main features of EU’s trade relations with African Economic Partnership Agreements regions. The time frame of the study is 2003-2013. The analysis includes the dynamics, direction and commodity structure of trade flows. The article summarises the trends in EU’s trade relations with African Economic Partnership Agreements regions. It then analyses the place of Central and Eastern European EU member states in EU’s trade relations with African Economic Partnership Agreements regions. In the end some conclusions are drawn on the trends in trade relations – both for the EU and the Central and Eastern European countries, with a special focus on Bulgaria’s participation.
