Consumer Attitudes and Their Impact on Fluid Milk Demand in Hawaii: A Component-Regression Analysis Approach

Abstract: Demand analysis for various fluid milk products at the retail level was extended beyond the usual price-quantity-income relationships. Use of component factor analysis has introduced attitudinal and taste information useful for market development, merchandising activities, and regulatory policy promulgation.
